BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

BOOKINGS                         

• Provisional bookings will be held for 14 days, after which time such bookings will be released unless written confirmation has received or the booking renewed
• Minimum number for the de Courcy suite on Fridays & Saturdays – 80 guests   (These will be the minimum number charged for)

PRICES            

Prices for April 2008 – March 2009 are subject to an approximate 10% increase.

DEPOSITS           

A non-refundable deposit of £300 and a letter of confirmation are 

required to  guarantee your booking.  Should you be forced to alter the date reserved, the original deposit may be transferred.

Approximately 8 weeks prior to the date booked it is advisable to make an appointment with a member of the management team, to come along and discuss your final arrangements.

A further payment of £700 is applicable six months prior to the date of the wedding.  Please note that these fees are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

FINAL NUMBERS    

The hotel should be contacted with your final numbers two weeks in advance,

and re-confirmed 48 hours before the date of your function. These will be th minimum numbers charged for.

In the event of cancellation the following fees may be enforced on the total estimated account:

1.                   Within 8 weeks of the function date, 50%

2.                   Within 2 weeks of the function date, 75%

PAYMENT                            All banqueting charges should be cleared by either cash, cheque or banker's draft one week  in advance of your function, unless prior arrangements have been made by management.

                                                The client assumes responsibilty for themselves and any other member of their party, for any damage caused within the hotel property and grounds and undertakes to make good or compensate costs incurred.

                                                The client is expected to comply with hotel regulations and with all applicable legisation.

                                                All prices shown are inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 17.5% and are subject to change without prior notice.

                                                Gratuities are entirely at your own discretion.

ACCOMMODATION      It is advisable that guest rooms are reserved when confirming your function.

                                                Rooming lists should be confirmed, with a deposit of £30 per room, one month in advance of your function date.
